3rd annual opening day at the Haslem backyard football field.
The neighbor kids flock to it the second they lay their eyes upon it.
It's become a tradition since we bought this home that Bryce paints the back yard into a football field. Every year he spends a little more time on it and makes it a little better than the year before. The boys, including those who don't share the last name Haslem, start asking about the minute football season starts. Our yard definitely takes a beating during these months, but it is SO worth it! They kids just LOVE it!

The boys even convinced the missionaries to stay the other day and play for a while while they were waiting for some cookies to bake. :)
